About this apartment rental
This 100 sq.mt / 1076 sq.ft apartment is located on the 4th, and last floor, of a prestigious historic building.
It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people and has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment boasts a large living room, with 55' smart TV, overlooking Orsanmichele and a beautiful view of the Florentine rooftops.
To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (double bed, non-divisible, measures 180x200cm) also overlooking the dome of the Duomo and the bathroom complete with bathtub. To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom (two single beds, not joinable, measures 90x200cm) whose window overlooks a small courtyard.
Opposite to the entrance where is the kitchenette, with two induction burners, a small refrigerator, small traditional oven and a dishwasher for 6 place settings. Here is the dining table for 6 people.
From the entrance of the building to the lift there are 10 steps.
High speed internet connection through real fiber to home (FTTH).
Independent heating with splits.
Air conditioning 4 splits in total: one in each bedroom, one above the entrance and one in the living room.
Windows: with double glazing.
Please note that the apartment is in a building currently undergoing renovation during weekdays.

the check in process was smooth and due to a lot of pictures clear.the apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all you need.the apartment is located in the city center and you reach all the sights by walking.

clean room and easy check-in process

Central location right in Palazzo Vecchia. We walked everywhere. Coffee shop right outside the door. Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Could see the dome of the Duomo from the living room window. 4th floor with an elevator. Would stay here again.
