About this apartment rental
This 100 sq.mt / 1076 sq.ft apartment is located on the 4th, and last floor, of a prestigious historic building.
It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people and has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment boasts a large living room, with 55' smart TV, overlooking Orsanmichele and a beautiful view of the Florentine rooftops.
To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (double bed, non-divisible, measures 180x200cm) also overlooking the dome of the Duomo and the bathroom complete with bathtub. To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom (two single beds, not joinable, measures 90x200cm) whose window overlooks a small courtyard.
Opposite to the entrance where is the kitchenette, with two induction burners, a small refrigerator, small traditional oven and a dishwasher for 6 place settings. Here is the dining table for 6 people.
From the entrance of the building to the lift there are 10 steps.
High speed internet connection through real fiber to home (FTTH).
Independent heating with splits.
Air conditioning 4 splits in total: one in each bedroom, one above the entrance and one in the living room.
Windows: with double glazing.

Central location right in Palazzo Vecchia. We walked everywhere. Coffee shop right outside the door. Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Could see the dome of the Duomo from the living room window. 4th floor with an elevator. Would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with quiet attic location. Enjoyed elevator and ease of entry after long days of walking! Sheets and comfort of beds were exceptional. Location was excellent to see all major sights. Will hope to come back again!

for locating the property, maybe suggest next to the Valentino store inside Piazza Signoria … that would be more helpful
