Lower Level:1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private furnished veranda. Laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing stand. Wine cellar with local Cretan and other Greek wines. Well-equipped gym.
Outdoors: Covered patios, 1 outdoor dining area, sitting area with built-in sofas, outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven and covered BBQ area, 60 m² infinity pool for adults, 12 m² children's pool (0.50 cm deep), covered poolside lounging area outdoor shower, lawn and organic vegetable garden.
