The Space:
Lake Retreat is a 3-bedroom pet-friendly family bungalow with a sunny, south-facing garden, ideally situated within walking distance of the popular Hamworthy Park and Beach - a fantastic location for families and dog walkers alike. Ample parking at the front of the house for vehicles or small boats and the nearest free slipway less than a mile away.
Entrance hallway leading to dining room with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV. Doors to conservatory living room and large flatscreen Smart TV and doors to the garden. Separate fully fitted kitchen including hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Three good size bedrooms - 2 doubles (4ft 6 ins standard double beds) and a twin bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Modern family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Rear garden with patio area, a great spot for alfresco dining, artificial lawn area, raised beds and a gazebo area for those that prefer a little shade.
Parking - Available for up to 4 vehicles (or boats) to the front of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - 40 inch Smart TV with freeview in both the living room and dining room. DVD player. Sonos music system. WIFI.
Kitchen - Hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. 1 small well behaved dog permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
