THE SPACES
The villa is newly built and very bright; it’s located within the Residence degli Aranci, a beautiful residential complex with a pool, tennis court, and soccer field.
It features a bright living area with a sitting room and a Smart TV; a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, a full set of kitchen utensils, and wine glasses.
The living area opens onto a spacious terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains. A crib can be added upon request.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. If needed, a double bed can be arranged.
The brand-new bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hair dryer.
The villa is equipped with high-quality sheets and towels and has a washing machine.
Air conditioning is available.
Within the residence, the following facilities are available to guests:
- a large semi-Olympic-sized pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or take a leisurely swim in complete tranquility.
