Semi-detached house in a small private urbanisation.Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a bathroom with shower. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views.The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is close from november to march.Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.We have Trasfer service.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, much was due to our host kathrin, All our expectations were met and was on hand for any issues we had. Will definitely book again with confidence. Thanks for a great experience.

Ein nahezu perfekter Urlaub. Das Haus und die Lage sind gut. Bis zum Ortszentrum läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde (bergab) zurück entsprechend länger ;-) . Die Bushaltestelle ist ca.200m entfernt. Einen Parkplatz an der Straße ist immer zu bekommen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war perfekt. WLAN ist perfekt. Was hat uns gefehlt?: Ein Wasserkocher in der Küche und Ablagen in den Badezimmern. Deutsches TV war nicht wichtig aber ein Radio wäre sicher nicht schlecht. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
