Villa Lagoa is a stylish semi-detached villa near the centre and beaches of Cala d’Or. Accommodating up to six guests, it offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The Space:

Villa Lagoa is a bright two-storey villa combining contemporary comfort with a convenient location near the beaches, restaurants and shops of Cala d’Or. Accommodating up to six guests, it is particularly suitable for families.

· Master bedroom: bed measuring 1.50 × 1.90 m, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and panoramic views

· Second bedroom: two beds measuring 0.90 × 1.90 m, air conditioning and access to a private sun terrace

· Third bedroom: two beds measuring 0.80 × 1.80 m, air conditioning and particularly suitable for children

· En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom

The Neighborhood:

Villa Lagoa is conveniently located for enjoying Cala d’Or without relying on a car for every journey. Beaches such as Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, as well as restaurants, shops and cafés, are within easy reach.



The marina offers waterfront restaurants, bars and a relaxed evening atmosphere. Cala d’Or is also a good starting point for exploring Mondragó Natural Park, Portocolom and the southeast coast of Mallorca.



Getting Around:

Beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport are within easy reach. A car is useful for exploring destinations beyond Cala d’Or.
