About this house rental
Totally refurbished top to bottom in 2018, the largest property on Fairviews with now a showroom finish. Upgraded sanitary wear and also upgraded white goods.
Large kitchen, lounge diner with a queen size master bedroom that is huge,along with a double bedroom and a twin. 2 minute walk to the clubhouse with all its amenities, just a sand wedge to the pool and tennis courts.
Some of the best views on Boavista, have to be seen to be believed.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Exactly as it was described on the website. Very tastefully decorated with everything you may need. Communication with the owner (Mark) and Christina the managing agent was excellent. Will certainly return. Thank you

A wonderful stay - Villa was immaculate, modern and fully equipped. We could not fault it. Just 30 seconds to pool and 5mins to club house. Very grateful for the supplies on arrival & great communication.

Just home from a 10 night stay. The villa is like home from home. Quiet location overlooking the first tee of Boa Vista golf course but only €5 in a taxi to Lagos town with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Many nice beaches also within easy reach and several supermarkets a couple of minutes away. Mark was always quick to respond to any questions prior to our stay and Cristina was on hand whilst at the villa ensuring that all was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for my wife and I to get some much needed golf practice in and to escape the storms and floods in England
The property is well equipped and very nicely furnished, absolutely perfect for our needs
