About this house rental
Nestled in a beautiful rural setting, yet just 35 minutes to Manchester or Leeds sits this 300 year old luxurious, cosy, original flagstone floors and mullion windows unique cottage.
A majestic waterfall cascading through the back garden sets the perfect tone for a soothing soak in the brand new state of the hot tub.
Catch up with family and friends on the modern bridge/platform above the water which will not fail to impress!
Step out at dusk and witness the grandiose for yourself!
If you're looking for a rustic, unique holiday let like no other then you have found the holiday cottage for you!
Downstairs:
Modern spacious Kitchen with two fridge freezers and all new appliances.
Rustic Dining Room seats 10 at the large exposed wood table, if there are more than 10 guests a folding table and chairs are available.
Funky Karaoke Room with football table and log fire.
Exceptionally unique Lounge with oversized smart TV, can accommodate 10 guests on the sofas.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Ensuite with double bunk bed, single bunk bed and single sofa bed. Sleeps 6.
Bedroom 2: This is in the lounge area upstairs with the pool table. By bedtime simply draw the floor to ceiling curtains which separates the area from the hallway for privacy. 2 single sofa beds. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: Well appointed luxurious double bedroom with one double bed. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4: A warm cosy bedroom with an ensuite lavatory and smart tv. single sofa bed and double bed. Sleeps 3.
Externally there are seating areas around the hot tub and on the bridge. There is also a coal bbq provided.
Guests will have full use of the property with no unrestricted access.
Parking is limited to 3 cars only.
No glassware is to be taken to the spa area. Polycarbonate cups are provided.
No parties can be held.
There is a special weekend offer on right now in December 2022 and January 2023 for a 3 nights minimum stay, the Thursdays and Sundays nightly rates are now £195 instead of £595. And the weekend nighly rate is now £495 down from £880.
If you would like to book just the Thursday or Sunday then the price will be usual midweek nightly rate at £595.
If you would like to book just the weekend Friday to Sunday, it will be the regular nightly price of £880.
