A true hidden gem! Our stay exceeded every possible expectation. While the property looks lovely from the outside, you don't realize how truly amazing it is until you step through the door. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 11; nobody wanted to leave!
Simone was a fantastic host, meeting us in person to ensure we were settled and knew where everything was. We were especially impressed that the hot tub was tested every morning to ensure it met safety standards. From the luxurious beds to the thoughtful high-end details throughout the home, the quality here is unmatched. Highly recommended!
The only thing that could have been better is if we booked a longer stay because we all loved it so much.

The house was already dressed for Christmas. Looked like something out if a movie set. It was amazing.
Lower floor lounge area was so comfortable but the room was really cold. The lounge on the ground floor was very big and everyone was sat far apart. We would have preferred a more intimate place for the family.

The property was absolutely stunning - very spacious and made a terrific base for a trip to Todmorden or the surrounding area. Its around 2 miles from the centre of Todmorden and taxis were easy to get if you didnt fancy the walk.
The house was also beautifully fitted out with really comfortable beds and furnishings etc and the kitchen was well equipped. We had horrible December weather so cant comment on the hot tub!
Kye met us with the keys and was very friendly.

Stunning property. A lot of love has gone into decorating the place and it was absolutely spotless. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space for a large group.
The owner was super-responsive.
We loved the hot tub and the tranquil location. Some really gorgeous walks on the doorstep.
The property could easily sleep 15 people but 3 bathrooms are a limitation.
