About this villa rental
In Chia's most exclusive location, Villa Eritrina, nestled in the privacy of a large garden, features a 5x12m swimming pool, and is just 270m from Campana Dune Beach. It offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a heated outdoor shower, a BBQ, and two parking spaces. A special place for your vacation, just steps from the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean.
Villa Eritrina is located in an exclusive villa-only neighborhood, 270 meters from Campana Dune Beach. Completely independent, it boasts a large garden on four sides. A lawn, dozens of tree species, parking for two large vehicles, a heated outdoor shower, and a recently renovated 5x12m swimming pool enhance the property. With the exception of the laundry area in the basement, all of the villa's spaces are on the ground floor. The air-conditioned living room features a dining area for eight, a corner sofa, and a large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Two refrigerators and two freezers are available.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a smart TV • Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200cm) • Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90x200cm) • Bedroom 4 with two single beds (85x190cm). Four bathrooms: • A half bathroom in the living room (toilet and sink) • Two full bathrooms with tub/shower • Master bathroom with an ultra-large shower
Air conditioning (hot and cold), which makes the house pleasantly livable even in low season, is available in the living room and all bedrooms. Outside, on the spacious covered veranda, sofas and armchairs, a table seating eight, and a barbecue invite you to enjoy your holiday in the open air. The majestic sun terrace is a magical place at sunset, when the sun sinks into the Chia lagoon.
The area: We are located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Southern Sardinia. A condominium security service enhances the security of this quiet neighborhood with few vehicles. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as the possibility of evening shows and entertainment. Campana Dune beach is just a short walk away. A car is always recommended to expand the range of activities available in the area and to visit the beaches, restaurants, agritourisms, and noteworthy sites not within walking distance.
Guests have access to the entire property, except for some areas in the basement, which are kept for private use. The gardening and pool maintenance staff periodically and independently access the courtyard to ensure the outdoor spaces are maintained. No spaces are shared, and guests enjoy completely private use of the entire property, including the pool.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this villa. The villa is clean, well maintained and ideally positioned for the beaches in the area. Our kids loved the pool.The property manager, Enrico, was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. Both check-in and check-out was quick and smooth.The villa has good air con throughout and decent WiFi.While it is walking distance to the beach, would recommend a car to visit the wide range of beautiful beaches on the area.

Comments: we had a lovely holiday. Enrico was brilliant in welcoming us and looking after us. The wind was unusually strong, so we were told, which impacted the temperature in the evenings.
Recommendations for marginal improvement.
More information and details on recommended things to do, more details on restaurants. More detailed descriptions of local markets, attractions etc. Warning about parking near the beaches as we incurred €60 fine at Cala Cipolla!
The villa itself was lovely with everything up to standard or better, with one exception. We loved the roof terrace but unable to maximise its use due to long period of mistral wind.
The only area which needs attention is the kitchen which is so poorly laid out. The overhead storage area above the island is a liability for banging your head. We think it could be removed which would improve the whole space. But otherwise well serviced kitchen.
Additional sun beds would have been appreciated.
Despite these comments, hopefully taken as opportunities for improvement. We had a lovely holiday. thank you

We’ve just returned from our 1 week stay at this wonderful property where we gathered with our 3 children and their partners ( all in their 20s). The property is equipped with everything needed including an extra fridge in the basement which we definitely needed! Great layout inside, although I would say one of the bedrooms was more appropriate for children than adults. (and the reason for 4 vs 5 star) . The outside space is spectacular…. shaded lounge and eating area perfect during the day when hot, terrace magical in the evenings, and pool was enjoyed day and night! The property is a short walk from the most stunning beaches which have a number of beach bars. We also took a short drive down the road to Tuerredda beach..gorgeous!!! Plenty of water sports on offer but sadly they weren’t running during our stay due to wind. Plenty of restaurants in and around Chia, we particularly liked Mirage. We did quad biking with Chia Excursioni… fabulous way to see some of the area and they offered a great service. Finally a mention for Enrico the property manager… very responsive and helpful with everything that we needed, so appreciated thank you!

Excellent vacation, perfect location of the very large and cozy house with wonderful flowers around the property with large deep pool and jumping deck. Recommend to everyone one, kids loved it.
