Characterful and very well maintained villa (140m2 - ground floor + first floor) in very quiet area (private cul-de-sac) with fantastic views. Ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy blissful peace in the Gard, close to many attractions. Equipped with all comforts and on private and fully enclosed grounds of 1000m2 with private pool of 60m2 with alarm & sun loungers, landscaped garden and several terraces (south facing) some covered to enjoy in the shade.
