About this villa rental

Characterful and very well maintained villa (140m2 - ground floor + first floor) in very quiet area (private cul-de-sac) with fantastic views. Ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy blissful peace in the Gard, close to many attractions. Equipped with all comforts and on private and fully enclosed grounds of 1000m2 with private pool of 60m2 with alarm & sun loungers, landscaped garden and several terraces (south facing) some covered to enjoy in the shade. Lounge area and terrace table for 8p.
Ground floor house: spacious and pleasant living room, fully equipped kitchen and storage room. On the first floor three beautifully decorated rooms and a spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. Separate toilet both upstairs and downstairs. House is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

We had a lovely stay at this property with 4 adults and a 4 month old baby. The house was well equipped and very clean. The pictures don't do the property justice - very roomy with a lovely outdoor area. The pool isn't heated which meant it was a little cold for our baby but warmed up in the sun. Brilliant air conditioning in all bedrooms and a lovely shower. Definitely value for money! Would be very helpful if it came with a travel cot but plenty of space if you bring your own.
