The apartament "Il Chianti" is part of "Villa il Borghetto - Apartments"
Villa il Borghetto offers apartments in a historic Villa with the guarantee of an authentic hospitality, thanks to the family management of the "landlords".
Villa il Borghetto has been designed to accommodate families wishing to experience Siena as a local, offering a convenient location to visit Siena without giving up the view of the Typical Tuscany rolling hills and the convenience of a free private parking.
The apartment is part of my splendid aristocratic residence called "Villa il Borghetto", originating from the early 1600, located in Siena, just 1,8 km outside the ancient walls of the historical centre of Siena.
The Villa is just 20 min walking from historical centre of Siena or 5 minutes by bus (the bus stop is in front of the main entrance).
"Il CHIANTI" , that\'s the name of a splendid apartment of 70 sq. m. can accommodate up to 5 guests and is located on the ground floor. It is composes of one double bedroom, large bathroom with shower and bath, one single room with bathroom, laundry room, large and living room with sofa-bed and well furnished kitchen area.
At you arrival you will find all the necessary useful for daily needs: water, italian and american coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, white and cane sugar, dishwasher tabs, sponge and dish soap, kitchen paper, napkins of paper, detergent for the washing machine, towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linens

Siena is a perfect base for visiting Tuscany, because is close to Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza and the other medieval and beautiful cities of Tuscany.
The apartment is surrounded by gardens and is located in the countryside (but only 5 minutes away from the historical centre of Siena).
Close to the apartment there are supermarkets (more or less 1 km), and excellent restaurant that will teach you!
During your stay in this apartment of my Villa you will find me (Cristina) or my brother Claudio at your disposal during a daily reception: we will suggest itineraries, typical restaurants, and cultural events according to the time of year.

We have stayed near Siena before but staying at Il Borghetto really enhanced the experience, giving us comfortable and convenient base to explore both the vibrant city and the surrounding countryside. Having our pleasant hosts readily available was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa il Borghetto so much. Our hosts Cristina and Claudio were very helpful with all aspects of our stay. The apartment was light and bright and had everything we needed. We loved having coffee in the courtyard in the morning. We would highly recommend
their property.
