Villa Cleopatra offers a comfortable lounge with a large flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need & a dining area, 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor (one including a bunkbed, with a separate toilet and family bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom & a further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
The outside area has large private pool (heating optional extra), hot tub (optional extra) sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
We recommend the lovely sandy Coral Bay beach and Corallia Beach. Both beaches are family oriented and great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available, water sports are on offer and there are beach cafés providing refreshments. Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach are on the main bus route into Coral Bay.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses in Cyprus, all of them around the popular Tourist areas of Paphos: Aphrodite Hills, Tsada, Secret Valley, Minthis Hills, Elea. All within approximately 30-45 minutes drive.

Car hire is recommended to help you make the most of your stay. It is approximately 27 km from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports. Daily flights with EasyJet and RyanAir from the UK can be found with great prices. Larnaca Airport is approx a 1 hour and 45 minute drive via a very well maintained highway.

Villa Cleopatra is set in a fantastic private and tranquil location a few minutes drive to a fantastic beach bar, a CVR favourite, Sea You Beach Bar. Coral Bay is just a 3 minute drive.
The area of Coral Bay has a whole strip of great restaurants, everything from traditional Greek Meze to International cuisine, bars, clubs, a mini-amusement park with mini golf, shops, bakery, mini-markets, a bank, coffee shops, a bookshop, florist, chemist, a couple of hairdressers and loads more.
Paphos offers a variety of things to do and offers everything you would expect from such a renowned holiday destination. Paphos is one of the few year-round holiday destinations in Europe with blue sky and sunshine almost every day. January and February weather can be unpredictable, but we often stay during these months and find it very nice compared to the UK winter gloom.
Latchi is just approx a 45 minute drive and here you can enjoy a great fish meze in one of the many restaurants along the harbour front and take out a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports Centre with a 15% saving using our special arrangement or join a boat tour to see the famous Blue Lagoon.
Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the main attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the Old Town with its famous indoor market.
You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip from Paphos Harbour, enjoy spa treatments, golf or take a diving course. Sea Caves, the Akamas Peninsula and Troodos Mountains have the most amazing views, or why not take a car and drive around the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos!
Taxis are very reasonable in Cyprus and we leave a fridge magnet in the villa with contact details of a taxi company that knows the location of all our villas. Car hire is also very reasonable. There is a comprehensive bus service around Paphos and fares start from Euro 1.50 for a single journey, you can also buy daily and weekly passes.

The villa is beautiful and well located. It is kept very clean and has all the amenities needed for a great family holiday. Roger from Cyprus villas looked after us very well and did everything the could for us to help out stay. Our trip was in the winter and we required the pool to be heated. We requested this when booking.Unfortunately, this was not communicated to the people that were managing/ preparing the villa so when we arrived it was not set up. Neither was the hot tub. ( again all in the booking requests)We were unable to use the pool until the last day of our holiday. This was not easy to explain to the children and a real disappointment. This was a special family holiday and we booked the villa because it had a heated pool. It did make our stay a little disappointing. And because of the communication issues we would be reluctant to book again. It’s little things like this that make your experience what it is.

The holiday and villa were great , the villa was clean tidy and great views from the top floor bedrooms and roof terrace. Grounds were looked after and the pool was clean and bright and Hot Tub too as for the facilities it had everything we needed I even used the washing machine several times so excellent, and 2 fridges and a wine cooler made a difference too. The only thing needed is wifi boosters for the bottom and top floor but apart from that the villa had a great feel to it and we felt at home, 8 of us stayed with one 16 year old and all others were adults and we had plenty of room. Cyprus Retreats who looked after this villa were fantastic from start to finish with info and coming back to me if I needed anything a fantastic service. I paid to heat the pool and hot tub and would recommended this as we all used the pool everyday and if colder I may not have stayed in it for the length of time I did so that was worth it. You need a car to get around but there is a bus stop on the main road which is a 10 minute walk and you can get taxis, you can get deliverys via wolt a website and takeaways to the villa in which we did use a few times also a great service. Location the villa is in the middle of Coral Bay and Chloaraka high street and then marina / harbour both offering music and reasturants so suited all our needs and plenty of supermarkets along the main road.

The villa was stunning, nothing could be faulted.
The info left on arrival was great and the welcome snacks and drinks were a lovely touch.
We just have two suggestions...
The WiFi didn't work properly upstairs or on the bottom floor so a WiFi extender may be useful so that people have access throughout the property.
We missed the part about having to book the hot tub and were left disappointed as we would have paid for it, it may be an idea to just check with each booking whether or not they do want it!?
Overall a fantastic experience and the communication was fantastic.

The villa needs a deep clean, and made properly secure, only when we suggested a solution was it made safe, clearly happens a lot, so a better solution is needed, no security cameras working, it also needs the electricity looking at, we could have 3 things on, not really set up for winter rental when you need additional hot water, and can’t have the pool heater on and hot water or dish washer on., so we ended up juggling appliances, super frustrating!!Needs attention
