No car needed, this is very central .
This is a great opportunity to rent a modern apartment in a perfect location, central Marbella. The complex sits directly in front of the beach, with easy walking to all amenities and nightlife.
Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and amazing shopping is within a short stroll. Just a few minutes away.
The apartment is silent with panoramic beach and ocean views from the 9 metros long balcony.
Walk to Puerto Banus along the coastline, start at the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury spa and wellbeing centre with gym (yoga, fitness classes, etc) moments away as is fishing, sailing, boat trips and new 8 screen cinema. Many golf courses. Large supermarket 3 minutes, small friendly minimarket 30 seconds!
A perfect place to sit on the terrace/balcony, whilst sipping a cold drink!
Playa de la Fontanilla is right in front of your building. Plays del Faro and Playa de Venus is about 200-300 metros to your left.
The complex is very secure and provide guests with a parking spot for a minor cost.
Great wifi, AC, central heating and cable TV in the apartment!
Many of our guests has been close friends since they come back every year and rent the same apartement every time.
We are happy to treat all guests with a small welcome gift, cold water in the fridge and sparkling wine upon arrival.
The rental price includes: High quality furniture, white goods, kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery and balcony furniture, Television (mostly spanish channels) and high speed broadband internet/ WIFI , Electricity, Air conditioning/ AC , heating and water bills. A property management contact to deal with any maintenance issues.

Last minute deals. The apartment has large glass sliding window/doors and natural breeze from the ocean. The Venus beach is clean and lovely for swimming and right below your balcony. You can also watch your children play on the beach from the balcony. There is a childrens play area on the beach surrounded by restaurants, serving you food and drinks. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars.
It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed!
Outside: The complex include two swimming pools (open high season 1 may-31 october), the bigger is for adults and the smaller is perfect for children. There are extra outdoor towels to bring to the beach a few steps away.
During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the apartment with sun all day - wonderful for lying and sunbathing, half in the room half on the terrace. In the summer it is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler!
Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Fresh quality bed linen and towels are changes between lettings.
Apartment is cleaned between lettings.
Additional cleaning on request, 12 eur/hour.
Both indoor and outdoor towels, soap, spices, toilet paper etc are provided and included in the price. Outdoor towels upon request.
Final cleaning is payed in cash upon arrival to the manager during check. 100 eur 2-4 guests.

Great location and a super host! The apartment has all the amenities needed to ensure a very comfortable stay, while the host ensured we received all we needed or asked for. Super clean and smartly designed!

The location and view were outstanding - just what we wanted for our holiday of relaxation. Condo had everything needed for daily living. Jessica was so helpful both before and during our stay. No worries if the promenade was a bit noisy on the weekend as bedroom has overhead fan for white noise and coolness during the night. Could see Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day.

The good bits: Location ace!, nice new bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Good little washing machine in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Now the not so good bits: Communication was a little scatty, would have preferred one document. Owner friendly but too pushy, ask several times if we wanted to use her driver and I said no, then she booked it anyway. Apartment was ok a little tired. None of the balcony doors locked not that anyone could get in, but for safety (very high up) I was amazed that the owner knew and thought that was ok. The balcony had different furniture than shown in the pictures and there was a lot of it so much so you couldn't move around easily. The bedding and towels didn't smell freshly washed. There was a lot of the owners belongings everywhere and the place was very small. The pool it's self was nice and clean but there were only six sun beds all of which needing taking to the tip! and these were on the grass around the corner. No atmosphere and unwelcoming - so we didn't use it. No breakfast facilities onsite as the property suggests. Communal stairs and areas very dirty and grotty.
