About this cottage rental

This beautifully converted barn is part of Whitehouse Farm, and has all modern amenities. The countryside around here is fantastic for dog walking and for exploring the beautiful town of Bury St. Edmunds. Cambridge and Ipswich are only a short train ride away from the next village. This spot is a beautiful quiet part of Suffolk.

The spacious ground floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with rear door to the fully fenced garden. The generous bedroom and bathroom take up the entire first floor with views out over the playground, farm and surrounding countryside. There is also a "day bed" upstairs allowing this cottage to sleep 3 people, and still have room for a cot if needed.

The cottage is well equipped with TV, DVD player, fridge and freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the separate laundry room, which is shared with one of our other cottages.

Beautiful country property , quiet, lots of lovely walking paths nearby. Very, very clean inside and out. Sauna was wonderful for my wife! Rob had some excellent suggestions for places to visit nearby as well!

We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! Rob was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great - lovely and warm with a full kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Thank you for a great stay!
