About this villa rental
Villa Panorama truly lives up to its name thanks to its spectacular 180º panoramic sea views stretching all the way to Blanes. Simply unbeatable.
This stunning villa was completely renovated in 2021 using high-quality materials and now offers the comfort and features of a practically new home.
The property is accessed at street level. From there, a short flight of stairs leads to the main entrance and the principal floor, where you will find a spacious and bright open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen.
The living room features a Smart TV, fireplace, indoor dining area, and direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
Outdoors, the villa offers a large terrace with a wooden dining table, chill-out area, sun loungers, and truly breathtaking sea views.
The garden features a private swimming pool with a slide, ideal for families with children, as well as a separate barbecue area with a built-in barbecue and stone table.
Everything has been designed for relaxed holidays shared by several families or groups.

On the lower floor there are five bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
Three double bedrooms with double beds
One double bedroom with two single beds
One children’s quadruple bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed
One full bathroom with shower and bathtub
One full bathroom with shower
On the upper floor, there is a second living area with two sofas, ideal as a playroom or relaxation space for children.
Here you will also find the sixth bedroom with two single beds and the third bathroom with a shower.

A small supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for buying fresh bread and croissants every morning.
The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles, one of the most attractive in the area, is only a 10-minute drive away. It features a small marina, beach bar, lifeguard service, and water activities. On the beach you will also find two excellent restaurants: the newly opened Gammarus beach club with a great atmosphere and music, and the classic Sybius, ideal for enjoying fresh fish and paellas.

The view is phenomenal.
The Haus is very big an cosy a lot of space for everyone.
No private parking area
No access to the garage
No pool towels
No big bowls

The house is very well located on a hill, with amazing views of the sea and the countryside. We drove to the beach early every morning to enjoy it before the crowd. It is a short five minute drive and there is parking space. The beach is not walking distance. It is about 45 minutes down and a steep hill on the the way back. The house itself was clean and well equipped, spacious, and very pleasant in a quiet neighborhood. There is a convenience store within walking distance, which is great. We also enjoyed the pool very much. We had a great time as a family in this house which I highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at Villa Panorama in July, with nice temperatures (in the high 20s) The villa is huge, with a lot of space for the whole family (total of 14 people). We loved to spend a lot of time outside, enjoying the fantastic views from the terraces and garden, and enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside. The pool is nice and well taken care of. We hope that we will have the opportunity to come back another time.

The views and setup of the house are amazing. Great air conditioning and outdoor space our kids loved.
The outside area could be cleaned up a bit more between stays. There were pine needles in clumps all over and the pool needed to be vacuumed. We assumed a company would service it at some point during the week but it appears it was forgotten during the turnaround service. The kitchen was also poorly equipped. All the pans need to be replaced or tightened as the handles were falling off.
Lastly, I think it would be nice to leave the essentials that I'm sure other guests leave behind. It seems silly to purchase dishwasher tabs, aluminum foil, garbage bags, dish soap, and all the items you need in a house for a week when I'm sure they are left behind almost every stay.
