This beautiful semi-detached house is nestled in the picturesque bay of Cala Salions, in the heart of the Costa Brava, offering an exceptional location just 100 meters from the beach. Its privileged position, almost directly above the sea, provides breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves.
LOCATION:
The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, accessible via a convenient stairway that leads directly from the street to the sand—perfect for spontaneous dips in the Mediterranean.
HOUSE LAYOUT:
The house is spread over three spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation:
GROUND FLOOR
A modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area.
Large sliding doors open to the garden/terrace, featuring outdoor dining furniture, a grill, and spectacular sea views—perfect for al fresco dining.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed.
One bathroom with a shower.
FIRST FLOOR
A bright, open-concept living area with cozy sofa, a TV, and a foosball table—the perfect spot to unwind.
One double bedroom with a private balcony.
A second double bedroom with a double bed.
A second bathroom with a shower.
TOP FLOOR
Two double bedrooms.
A spacious kids’ room with 5 single beds.
A third bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

NEARBY BEACH & ATTRACTIONS
The beautiful Cala Salions is located right next to the house, just cross the street and walk down the stairways and you'll be on the beach!
In high season there's also a small supermarket at walking distance, with daily fresh bread and croissants, ideal!
Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Giverola, Cala Pola, and all beaches between Tossa de Mar and Blanes.
The charming town of Tossa de Mar is just 8 km away. Known for its beautiful beaches, medieval old town, and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a family-friendly destination with a wide range of watersports, excellent restaurants, from cozy tapas bars to fresh seafood spots.

We recently stayed at this lovely property and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious with excellent storage options, and the garden is amazing, providing a perfect space to relax. The view is stunning, and we loved the tranquility and the sound of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed using the plancha in the garden every day. The windows and shutters are of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area with plenty of space on the drying racks.
Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.
It would have been helpful to have oven mitts, a colander, and extra carafes for water at the table in the kitchen.

The location is great! You can literally hear the waves when going to bed and you can go to the beach just by going down the stairs. However the pictures of the villa look better than reality. The rooms are small and the gound floor whould need refurbishment. Careful as there are plenty mosquitoes. Overall we liked it due to location and terrace that are amazing!

Localisation de l'appartement Des volets qui fonctionnaient malAucune notice pour le fonctionnement de la tv, pas de télécommande pour la tv (malgré la présence de 5 télécommandes !). Même le technicien qui est venu ne savait pas la faire fonctionner :)Mais bon pas grave
