Home Select International presents this cozy beachfront apartment, a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Roses.
Upon entering, you’ll find a warm and well-designed atmosphere. On the left, there are two comfortable bedrooms inviting you to rest. The first one, bright and equipped with air conditioning, features a double bed (160 x 200) and bedside tables. The second bedroom, also with air conditioning, includes a double bed (160 x 190), bedside tables, a wardrobe, and access to a practical utility room with a washing machine. Along the hallway, there is a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.
The main living area offers a functional open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and gas stove, allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably.
The dining area, with a table for six, flows harmoniously into the cozy double-height living room. This tastefully decorated space features two comfortable sofas, a fireplace adding a warm touch, and a television with Spanish and German channels, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring. Large windows fill the room with natural light and lead to the beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent sea views.
For your comfort, please note that bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for €25 per person. One small dog is allowed with a €50 supplement, and access to the swimming pool is available at the following rates: adults €8 per day (€48 per week, €70 for 14 days) and children (6–12 years) €6.40 per day (€38.40 per week, €56 for 14 days).
