About this villa rental
Protaras holiday villa - rentprivatevillas 018 has uninterrupted sea views from the front of the villa. It has a well-maintained front garden with lush green plants and provides partially shaded off-road parking, which leads to the pool area.
Access to the property is via a front door or side door (by the shaded off-road parking). The garden and pool area are easily accessible either through the ground floor living area, or to the right and left of the property. The front door opens onto the kitchen and dining/living area, all of which are flooded by the light streaming through the two sets of patio doors, with blinds. A ground floor w/c with window and mirror is also provided.
A good-sized kitchen, with wooden units and black granite worktop, is fully equipped with matching white goods. They include an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Four matching white and chrome bar stools are provided for casual dining at the breakfast bar, which also benefits from low-level lighting. The window, with blind, above the sink gives perfect sea views.
For more formal dining, make your way into the dining area, with glass topped wooden table and 6 chairs. A small matching occasional table is also available. Light streams through the patio doors and window, both of which have blinds, should you need to cool the room down.
Move into the air-conditioned lounge, which although simply furnished has lovely splashes of colour. Make your choice from one of the two comfortable sofas and chair, and then rest your drink on the wooden and glass topped coffee table. Another small table is provided for the lamp. When you are settled, entertain yourself with the large flat screen TV. Both the patio doors, which lead out onto the pool area, and side window have blinds.
Outside, you will be thrilled by the pool, the 6 sunbeds, outdoor shower and a parasol with base. Nothing is left to chance. Palm and banana trees border the area, so enjoy eating al fresco, the meal you have cooked on your BBQ, around the glass topped rattan table with 6 chairs. The outdoor cozy lounge furniture sits on a spacious patio and provides an ideal location for your morning coffee or ice-cold afternoon beer whilst taking in the glorious sunshine. Finally, table tennis is provided should you want a change from splashing around in the pool.
The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, window, sink and vanity mirror.
All the bedrooms have stylish wood and metal furniture, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and colourful wall canvases/paintings. They also all have access onto their very own balconies complete with chairs and space saving marble shelves, on which to rest your drinks – a great idea!
The main double bedroom also has a dressing table and stool and its very own ensuite shower room. Its balcony overlooks the pool area.
The first twin bedroom’s balcony also looks out over the pool area, but also has the added luxury of a chest of drawers, mirror and flat screen TV
The other twin bedroom with large mirror, is located at the front of the property, meaning the balcony makes the most of the wonderful sea views.

We had a great stay at this villa. The Villa was spotlessly clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished with new oven, hob, etc. The outdoor area again was spotless with lovely new sun lounges and plenty of outdoor seating. The pool iis plenty big enough for six adults all to be in at the same time to cool down, especially as the beach is so closeThe pool area had lovely sun all day but shade from the palms and banana trees and two parasols if you want to get out of the sun There are beautiful beaches and beach bars within a 10 minute walk and Zorba’s bakery about a 5minute walk. There is a well equipped supermarket as well again easily within a 10 minute walk, as well as an ice cream shop and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa and would be more than happy to stay there again.. communication with host prior to arrival was 10 out of 10!

Villa was in a great location and within 10 minute walking distance of a truly stunning beach and restaurant.
Was basic and slightly tired in areas such as balconies and outdoor furniture, but very clean. Pool was described as 8x4m but was was 8x2m, which was a little disappointing.
Neighbours were considerate and friendly. There are dogs in some of the adjacent properties, but they rarely barked and didn't cause us to lose any sleep. We would gladly stay here again.

Great Villa ample room. Very clean and tidy. Area is up and coming and has two close beaches which are good for families. Villa is in a residential area so barking dogs are a nuisance ( plenty of unsettled sleep between 11pm & 3pm constantly) not the owners fault). Sun umbrella’s wheels were broken so very difficult to move around the pool area. This is my 7th year in Cyprus same side of the island if I could move the villa (barking dogs) then it’s an ideal villa. It’s been the cleanest I’ve had thank you for allowing us to stay
