About this villa rental
Situated in the most exclusive part of "Atalayas", this impressive villa boasts dreamy sea views and great terraces. It's a superb option for a family or group holiday.
The interiors are homely and welcoming, blending harmoniously with stunning outside areas, including a panoramic pool. The nearby mountains give peace & quiet that inspires complete and total relaxation.
Would you like to escape the tranquillity of the villa, the beaches & historic castle of the city are a 5 minutes drive away.
The villa has 2 floors which both have their own entrance and full facilities. This is a great feature when travelling with family or friends but yet wanting some privacy.
The main floor consists of an entrance hallway leading into the main living room, which has a stunning outlook onto the panoramic terrace & pool. On the living room side, through the archways, is a full sized & equipped kitchen as well as a dining room. The main floor has 2 double bedrooms with ensuites, a twin bedroom and a guest toilet.
Furthermore, through the main kitchen area, a corridor will take you to a fully fitted bright summer kitchen with a BBQ and Pizza oven. Finally from the summer kitchen, stairs will lead you to the roof of the property which can be used as a solarium.
The lower floor is a self contained space with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. The garden and the pool can be accessed from the lower floor directly too.
An additional separate toilet and sink between lower floor and garden level
All of the villa space will be yours including a double garage, large driveway and garden

Before the arrival we had very friendly and helpful contact with the agency. The checkin went very fine with helpful suggestions about the area. The Deck was an amazing Villa with a superb ocean view. We went there with 5 adults and 6 kids and had more than enough space for all of us. Colette was very helpful with everything. All in all we enjoyed our holidays very much and the city of Peniscola and the beaches are gorgeous. Thanks a lot for the hosts who enabled us that perfect holidays

POSITIVO: Casa bien equipada. Dueños amables y atentos. Magníficas zonas comunes: salón, cocina, terraza, piscina etc. Buena calefacción.
NEGATIVO: Dormitorios algo oscuros en la parte de abajo. Las camas y sábanas son viejos (aunque limpios) y muy desfasados. No hay toallas. Sería fácil mejorar estos aspectos.
