The house built on a hill facing the sea, surrounded by a private Mediterranean scrub forest. Very pleasant, quiet place, in close contact with nature and the sea. Ideal for those who love tranquility and sunsets over the sea. From the house it is possible to go on foot for pleasant swims in the sea. There are paths along the coast and in the countryside for those who want to walk. A sandy beach is 5km away, Alghero is 3km away. Near the house there is another house. Each house has a private outdoor area.

The outdoor space available is ideal for eating outside, watching the sea and sunsets. Inside the space consists of a single room. characterized by a relaxation area with sofa and TV, a table for four people, a kitchen and a sleeping area with a French bed which leads to the bathroom.

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft, die zwar ruhig gelegen ist, aber nur 3km von Alghero entfernt liegt. Man kommt über eine schöne Küstenstraße in die Stadt und entsprechend nach Hause. Unser Gastgeber Davide hat uns absolut gute Tipps für die Umgebung, die Stadt und die Strände in der Region gegeben. Jeden Tag waren wir an einem anderen schönen Strand. Vielen Dank, Davide!!! Und auch die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ich würde die beiden Häuser auf dem Grundstück getrennt bewerben, so dass keine Missverständnisse bei der Buchung entstehen. Aber das soll den positiven Gesamteindruck in keinster Weise trüben. Es war eine herrliche Woche bei Alghero. Alles Gute für Dich, Davide, und Deine Familie ;-)

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Kleine Terasse mit Tisch/Stühlen und Ausblick aufs Meer vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, kam persönlich zum Check in und Check out vorbei. Außerdem gibt er gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten/Restaurants/Strände usw. und ist permanent erreichbar.
Absolut empfehlenswert, jedoch ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich! In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt von Alghero.

Davides Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben! Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Alghero geliebt. Davide zeigte sich als sehr engagierter und bemühter Gastgeber. Beim Check-in nahm er sich viel Zeit, uns persönlich zu empfangen und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Essensempfehlungen (Grotta Nettuno, Alghero Altstadt, Playa Lazaretto und Bombarde, Nuraghe Palmavera, Agritourismo Sa Mandra, Restaurant Marsalia... )! Auch sonst war er oder seine Eltern immer für uns erreichbar. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine! Nur an die sehr steile Zufahrt muss man sich ein bisschen gewöhnen :) Der Aufenthalt bei Davide war sicher eines der Highlights unseres Sardinienurlaubs!
