A recently renovated self contained annexe in Lavant Village. This modern and cosy home comprises its own private entrance, a spacious open plan sitting/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a large double bedroom. The property also benefits from its own private patio with seating.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire annexe and its garden.
The Neighborhood:
Lavant is just 3 miles north of Chichester. The historic city, with the medieval Cathedral and the ancient Roman City Walls, galleries, museums, and the Festival Theatre is all within easy access of the property. There are plenty to choose from in the way of shops, cafe's, restaurants and bar's. The coast with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks is just fifteen minutes’ drive away, and the Downs with numerous walks and cycle paths is the same distance.
The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood, being just 5 minutes away!

Chichester train station is just a short taxi or bus ride away!

Great location for Goodwood events - in our case the Festival of Speed. Easy walk to Goodwood although was a little harder in this weekends heat (27deg).Local shop (Coop) less than 1mile walk away is well stocked and open late.

Very nicely appointed apartment. Great location for Goodwood. Owners were very helpful. Very sorry I managed to lose the key and searched multiple times to find it with no luck.
