Está completo, tiene lavadora, plancha y utensilios de cocina. Está bien para una familia de 4 personas. El baño está reformado. Está cerca del puerto , aeropuerto y Valverde. Tiene la costa a 200metros
Las fotos no corresponden en su totalidad al apartamento, era un bajo. No está a 12 metros sino a 200, pero se agradece por los bichos tan cerca de la costa. La entrada y terraza estaban sucias y habían trampas por todas partes para los bichos. es un poco anticuado aunque no está mal para el precio-calidad.

Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, bedding, blankets, nice outdoor area , easy to find.
Disappointed that there was no internet. An inventory needs taking of kitchen equipment, no kettle, no mugs or cups but lots of random stuff we didn’t need.

Lage zentral, aber sicher 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Das mit den 12 Metern ist reine Fiktion und sollte klargestellt werden.
Aber das grosse Naturbecken in Tamaduste ist eines der besten auf der Insel, auch bei starkem Wellengang auf dem Meer gut zum Schwimmen geeignet
Etwas spärliche Ausstattung, ein Schlafraum ist ohne Fenster. Das Schlafzimmer mit Fenster ist unmittelbar auf den öffentlichen Gehweg gerichtet und hat keine Vorhänge. Die Terrasse ist ein geschlossener Innenhof ohne jeglichen Ausblick, weil man uns die Wohnung im EG gegeben hatte. Küche klein, Wohnraum klein und alles etwas muffig. Mussten unsere Bettdecke erst mal 1 Tag lang lüften. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
