Wer Natur, eine spannende Insel wie auch Entspannung sucht, sollte El Hierro besuchen.
Die Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert, gepflegt mit Charme und einer für uns perfekten Lage. Die Apartments sind teilweise sehr groß und werden zu einem fast günstigen Preis vermietet. Die Inhaber sind äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Da wir nur kleines Gepäck hatten, sind wir zu Fuß vom und zum Flughafen gelaufen.
Vielleicht, dass es derzeit in La Caleta keinen Shop oder ein Restaurant gibt. Einkaufen in Valverde hat geholfen – und das alles auch noch mit dem öffentlichen Bus.

Ruhige Lage oberhalb von La Caleta. Im Dorf gibt es aber wenig zu tun. Die vorderen Zimmer haben Veranda und Meerblick, das ist sehr schön. Die hinteren befinden sich leider in einem betonierten Innenhof mit hoher Mauer umgeben.
Die hinteren Zimmer sind unkomfortabel, aber das ist eben eine Preisfrage.
