Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
This property offers three bedrooms to accommodate 6-7 guests, making it the perfect place to cosy up by the fire after a long day exploring the best of what Silverlake has to offer.
This excellent property boasts a beautiful open plan living area to the ground floor with views of the lake and over to Wakeling Island. There are two double bedrooms and a third bunk room. The exterior features wrap-around decking with BBQ and space for alfresco dining for all the family.
Whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

As you enter The Spinney you are met by a welcoming open plan area equipped with modern kitchen, dining area and space to relax in front of the log burner. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, second double bedroom, family bathroom and third bunk room.
Please note this property sleeps 7 people with a maximum or 6 adults due to the top bunk in bedroom 3 only suitable for children.
One dog is permitted in the ground floor only of this property.
