Usher Luxury Villa offers an abundance of outdoor space designed around a large, stylish infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The villa really comes into its own at dusk where you can enjoy Venus rise over the pool in the comfortable seating area.

The villa is accessed through a private, gated entrance.

Entering on the ground floor leads you into the stylish and modern, fully equipped kitchen and living area. A wide hallway invites you towards the Kingsize Master bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The floor to ceiling, sliding patio doors lead out onto the pool area, a seamless extension of outdoor living and ensuring you are never far from the pool. Two further bedrooms; one Kingsize and one Twin are located at this end of the villa.

The other side of the villa hosts one further Twin room, with large patio doors which lead out onto a private seating area with access to the pool.

Highspeed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

You will be able to access your Netflix, Spotify etc. on the various televisions around the house and various board games are available for your use: Scrabble, Pictionary, Dominoes, Chess and draughts, Bingo.

There’s also a table tennis net that can be added to the full-size BBQ table in the outside dining area for a friendly table tennis match!

A stone perimeter wall completes the outside of the villa whilst blending into its rustic Greek surroundings.

Take in the ambience of the village square which is just a 5 minute stroll away. Enjoy a coffee and cake at the bakery, sample the local dishes at one of the tavernas, or pick up some meat from the butcher and enjoy using the poolside BBQ space at the villa.

This is the perfect villa for a family or a group of friends wanting to share a holiday space, but with the opportunity for privacy.

Kalithies festival takes place from 13th September every year and is quite something with its Greek delights of entertainment and delicacies, note; you will also hear the music and fun fair from the outside of the villa. Other activities and parades take place in the village at various times of year.

I'd invite our guests to take a hike to St John's monastery or over the hills to Afandou; the sunset from the top of the hill is spectacular.
