2 concerns
Our first concern was noise as the suite is located above a very busy pedestrian street. Turned out to not be an issue, as the bedroom is located away from the street noise.
Our second concern was the building entrance door did not latch every time it was closed. Reported, but still did not latch on first attempt when we left.
