Does not have a pool, as listed, but does have a hot tub. Hosts, especially Davide, were great and extremely helpful. Noisy outside dur to street traffic, but we got used to it and it faded. Well kept vrbo. Good price

We came to Florence for our 30th anniversary and we found it to be a great choice! Stayed 4 nights and Davide was a fabulous host. Extremely responsive and helpful. Book it!

This is a great cottage. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while in Florence. It is a cottage house next to another rental. It is secured behind gates, so you definitely feel a level of safety. The area is spacious for two people and has two full bathrooms, although we didn't use one of them. The air conditioning works well, but the wifi was slow. The kitchen has all you need, but does not have a microwave. I would reccommend this place if you have a car or are not afraid of taking cabs into the city. It is not an easy walk (it is a half an hour minimum to get into Florence center city walking but the way home is up hill). There is a washing machine outside, but no dryer. There is a hot tub in a great little courtyard. My husband enjoyed sitting outside sipping wine with a book. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
