Island House is a gorgeous, detached, riverside cottage resting in Golant near Tywardreath, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property include a kitchen/diner with seating for six people, an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a sitting room with a TV with Blu-ray and woodburning stove, and a study with a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, balcony and en-suite shower room, another king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
