About this apartment rental
The two-room apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room/kitchen (with a balcony and window) equipped with air conditioning, a double sofa bed, and a sleeper chair; a double bedroom (also air-conditioned); and a bathroom with a large shower. In addition, both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, although due to its layout, the apartment stays fairly cool.
is located on the first floor of a building within the “Il Melograno” residence and is accessed via a path that runs through the grounds of a small villa.
The two-room apartment features a panoramic terrace with direct outdoor access, covering the entire area of the property. The terrace is equipped with a shower, table, barbecue, sink, and a small seating area.
The living room/kitchen is also equipped with: a stovetop, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster oven, TV, ironing board, and iron. The bedroom also has a TV.
The driveway leads onto Via Mattarella, the famous “Via delle Vacche,” which runs parallel to the main street (Via Savoia). Just a few meters away, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, deli, fish market, pastry shop, various stores, and restaurants.
The distance to the sea (public beach) is about 600 meters. A free municipal shuttle runs from Via Mattarella (approximately every 15 minutes), circling the town and also taking passengers to the beach.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. You can go shopping, walk to the city center and to the beatiful beach on foot. There is a parking space on the property. From the roof terrace you have a very good view in all diretions view

The property was nice. Clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen is stocked well with pots.pans. etc, but there is no oven. There were no wine glasses, but I did leave one. The host provided oil,vinegar , salt,pepper, coffee, sugar, and paper towels which was great. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. The rooftop dining was the best part of the apartment. It is best suited for 2 people. San Vito was more of a beach town than we anticipated. Plenty of restaurants and shops, but not much else for us.
Biggest drawback was no wifi which was a big problem for us. We wanted to relocate after a few days, but refund policy was strict. An oversight on our part. Host was super friendly and helpful and left us wine and cookies.
