It’s a WHOLE apartment close to the main beach restaurant area… Would suit a couple and one more… that’s for two separate rooms and an atrium with a washing machine, which was very much needed. There was also a kitchen which you can use to make meals, coffee, etc. The place had a polished feel even though it’s an older building. Nice work on the windows… felt Spanish. Thank you.
Understandably communication was in Italian … but it left me to guess the translation. Never even laid eyes on the lessor. Left city tax on the table.

The apartment is spacious - large bedroom and kitchen. The second bedroom is smaller but still comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owner is very helpful. The area is calm and quiet. You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes.
