The apartment is located in the beautiful courtyard of a typical Sevillian building. It consists of a large, very bright living area divided into: a living room, a dining room and a full kitchen in a different room. It has two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. In the center and very close to the Jewish quarter and the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, but on a particularly quiet street and building. All the main monuments of the city can be reached on foot.Everything is renovated and good quality.It is a second without an elevator, so keep in mind that you will have to climb stairs.
It has the Seville moving service for everything you need during your stay. We help you carry out any activity or reservation and total attention so that you enjoy a perfect stay.

Very nice location-handy for walking, lots of good dining options nearby, felt safe. Very good communication from property owner. Good size rooms, bathroom was a little tight to maneuver but it was fine. Nice to have a kitchen included too

Apartment was clean and ample enough for my wife and I. Walking west about a block you cross a busy avenue and then you are immediately in the old town area. Short walk to Casa de Pilatos, a bit longer to the Cathedral and Alcazar

Staying in this apartment greatly enhanced our family travel in Seville. The host speaks perfect English and really helped out. The apartment was very clean and in a well maintained building. Walking distance to good restaurants, laundry and groceries. We had a stress free and unforgettable vacation in Seville. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment is too small for a family of 5.
It's also described as modern which it isn't.
The electricity cut off every time we turned on the electric hob, which made cooking almost impossible.
The apartment is really small so a family of 5 should probably steer clear.
That said, staff are always friendly, and the location is great to explore the old town by foot, and plenty of buses are available on your doorstep.
