Villa Meltemi is the newest and finest villa within the sought after complex Cavo Mare, a luxury sea-facing oasis in the beautiful island of Zante. This brand new, detached villa with private siwmming pool has been carefully designed to offer a superior holiday experience thanks to the care of the details, stylish touches and wide spaces. Providing 3 bedrooms, sophisticated furniture, private pool as well as indoor and outdoor jetted tubs (not heated), Villa Meltemi will leave speechless even the most demanding guests. Inside, the villa measures the impressive size of 135 sqm. All the furniture and decoration have been chosen with care to offer the most unique holiday experience. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously decorated living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom )with jetted bathtub. The panoramic glass doors lead out to the swimming pool and jetted tub offering direct views to the sea. The inner stair offers access to the 1st floor where there is another bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. To offer an even more exclusive service to our guests, the villa is air-consitioned and the price includes maid service every three days, linen/towels/pool towels, etc.
Outside, Villa Meltemi is a true heaven for both adults and families. Providing sensational views over the ionian Sea, and being located within easy reach to many beaches as well as Zakynthos town, the villa is a true gem. Outside there are comfortable hammocks, sunbeds, barbecue and dining area, as well as a private pool (measuring 21sqm) as well as a private jetted tub (not heated), all providing sensational views and relaxation. The pool and the jet tub are also scenically lit at night with RGB led lights. Private parking is available within the premises and the villa is located within a secure complex.

Where do I start about Cavo Mare Meltemi?!
I don't think I will ever find a villa in a better location at this price point! A sea view with both sunrise and sunset views...truly truly stunning.
There were little things inside that could be picked over (eg sleeps 6 but only toilets are in en-suite bedroom downstairs and main bathroom upstairs; finish in walk in shower in main bathroom could do with a tidy up or a real good clean) but these really are picking over details!
Myself, my Mom, my 4 year old daughter and a friend my age (44/45 years old) stayed for one week end of June/beginning of July.
Lenia was our host on behalf of the management company Leaderstay. I honestly cannot speak more highly about her. I was sent a Whatsapp well in advance of arrival, giving plenty of time to ask questions and sort any extra details. As it was my Mom's birthday whilst we were there, Lenia referred me to an executive chef to book fpr a team of his to come to the villa and cook.etc for us for one night. Lenia is a truly special host who never seems to sleep!! Whenever I sent a message, it very rarely took longer than a few minutes to answer me! Lenia also provides in villa massage services, of which my friend and I took benefit. A very well done massage in a location I don't think I will ever beat!
The villa is in a very peaceful location, not far from a main road and a 10 minute walk from a small supermarket. A Greek slice of peaceful heaven in a truly stunning location. 5 stars

We had a fabulous time in this luxurious villa. We had everything we needed in terms of facilities. The outdoor space is lovely day and night and the large jacuzzi pool was an added bonus. We didn’t rent a car and took taxi’s which is manageable although some taxis won’t come right down the drive so you have to wait at the top. Amboula beach (other side of camping zante) is great with a couple of lovely beach bars and restaurants. Lenia (villa host) was on hand via WhatsApp whenever we needed her. Overall we would highly recommend a stay in this villa complex.
