Villa ‘La Primera’
Detached Villa ‘La Primera’ is situated within the secure “Blue Bay Resort”, less than 50 metres from the white sandy beach.
La Primera – Villa 1 – is the first villa in a secluded cluster of villas at this beautiful resort. Thanks to its unique front-row location, this villa enjoys completely unobstructed views over the golf course, with the flamingo lake at its centre.
Surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers, you can hear the birds singing from the comfort of your lounge chair.
“La Primera – Villa 1” is one of the few completely detached villas, ensuring your privacy – with no neighbours in front of, above or below you.

The villa features 2 spacious bedrooms (double beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), all with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a spacious open-plan living room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, electric hob, dishwasher and oven/microwave.
The villa has high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and a safe is provided.
There is also a washing machine available.
A children’s camp bed and high chair are provided.
Surroundings and facilities:
* ‘La Primera’ is the closest villa, situated less than 50 metres from the beautiful beach.
* The shared private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, which are, of course, free to use.
* There is a communal car park next to the villa.
* BlueBay Beach, the resort’s private beach, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole of Curaçao. Use of sun loungers and parasols is free for our guests.
* On the beach you’ll find a diving school (PADI), a snack bar, restaurants and a bar.
* The new, stylish Brass Boer brasserie is located on the beach, within walking distance.
* The resort is under 24/7 security.
* A challenging 18-hole golf course is situated right next to the resort. (discount available for guests)
* There is a tennis court (free of charge), a pickleball court and a multi-purpose court; the resort also offers sports facilities for group lessons and a spa.
* The CENTRUM supermarket is just a 4-minute drive from Blue Bay Village.
* Babysitting services are available at the resort (please contact me for details).

• Water and Electricity:
The average cost is about 70 euros per week, but this depends heavily on your usage. Air conditioners, in particular, consume a lot of energy.
Based on the meter readings we record before and after your stay, this total amount will be calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from your security deposit (Electricity: 0.65 per kWh / Water: 9.50 per m³).
• Mid-Stay Linen Change and Cleaning:
For stays longer than ten days, a one-time mid-stay cleaning service will be provided (included in the price). This includes sweeping the house and changing the sheets and towels.
If you require additional cleaning, linens, or towels, you can arrange this on-site with the property manager.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect and the outdoor space was amazing. We were thankful for the air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The main living area is not air conditioned so it does get quite hot in the evening. We happened to be there during a rather heavy mosquito season so anytime we left doors open to get a breeze we also brought in the bugs.
The only thing we thought could improve the unit is better lighting. The main living area was especially dark after sunset even with the few available lights turned on.
Overall, we had a wonderful time.
