What a beautiful penthouse! The view from around the wrap around deck was breathtaking. From the communication with Catalina that was amazing from the moment I had any questions, to the wonderful extras like toilet paper, paper towels, fully stocked kitchen, so many towels for bath and pool, the pool that was relaxing and felt so good to just float around in, I would recommend staying here 100 %! We felt like we were home and Catalina is the best!

Place was wonderful, just as pictured. Location was spectacular - great views, short and scenic walk to the beautiful beach. Beach had great amenities - a playground perfect for our small kids, along w great and varied food options. Pool on property was lovely. Host was super responsive to all of our needs. Will definitely return!

Overall the accommodations were very good. However, renter beware! I was billed for excessive electricity usage despite not being provided any method to validate the claim. This is currently a pending matter being addressed with VRBO. Otherwise, the unit is as described with some somewhat minor issues. Master en suite has no ac, so it gets HOT in there! The front door can only be locked from the inside with a key, which is a fire safety concern. The unit was clean and had all amenities described. Our assigned check in/out attendant Catalina, was lovely.
