About this house rental

Located in Umbertide, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Tiber River or the 13-minute drive to Historic Town Montone (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the fitness center and BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and music library.

A living room, a dining area, a fireplace, and air conditioning are featured at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. We loved our stay - the apartment was absolutely charming - exactly what you picture a villa in Umbria to be. Very well maintained and preserved, with history but modern conveniences as well. The pool was a great respite from the summer heat. The location was a bit remote but actually a perfect home base for exploring the hilltowns in the area. We got some great recommendations for dinner and explored Montone which is a charming hill town just 10 minutes away. Also visited Gubbio and Cortona which we loved - about half an hour drive. We loved it and highly recommend this stay. Thanks for everything!
