About this villa rental
Spectacular stone villa for 8 people with all comforts and a large pool.
This recently built beautiful villa combines traditional Majorcan style with the comfort and luxury of a modern house.
The driveway leads to the parking space in front of the house, which is characterised by a beautiful stone façade and green shutters. Upon entering the house, we access the hall, dominated by a beautiful stone and wood staircase. The living room is spacious and divided into two areas - one with 2 beautiful leather sofas in front of the fireplace and TV and the other with a dining table. From the dining room, three large glass doors lead to the back terrace. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped with white furniture. Furthermore, on the ground floor is a suite with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with schower; and a utility room with washingmashine.
On the second floor there is a suite with two single beds and a spectacular bathroom with shower and bathtub, two double bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed - and a complete bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms in the house have a terrace.
At the back of the house is the terrace with an outside table for outdoor dining. Here you will also find the swimming pool, which is more than 12 metres long, with sun loungers and two large lawn. On one side there is also the barbecue and a toilet.
The house has air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist modern, großzügig und hebt sich positiv von anderen Fincas ab, die wir bisher erlebt haben. Trotz einiger kleiner Kritikpunkte würden die Finca auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir leider ein Wasserproblem, vor allem beim Duschen. Entweder war das Wasser viel zu heiß und ließ sich nicht dosieren, zu kalt oder tröpfelte nur. Hier besteht echter Handlungsbedarf. Wir haben das aber sportlich gesehen. Am vorletzten Tag hatten wir allerdings überhaupt kein Wasser mehr. Das Problem wurde nach einem Anruf aber schnell behoben. Der Pool (Algenbildung) sollte mindestens alles 2 Wochen einmal gründlich gereinigt werden.

Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage sind sensationell. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und den Urlaub sehr genossen.
Die Klimaanlagen im oberen Stockwerk funktionierten leider nicht richtig (nur Luftumwälzung, keine Kühlung), deshalb brachte man die Hitze nie aus den Räumen. Die Zwischenreinigung und der Wechsel der Bettwäsche sollte früher stattfinden.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, super Ausstattung. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich mittlerweile eine Sitzecke, welche auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist, macht die Terrasse gemütlich. In jedem Bad befindet sich ein Föhn, welchen man nicht mitnehmen muss. Die Bepflanzung ist gewachsen und es sieht nicht so kahl wie auf den Bildern aus. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Bei einem kleinen Problem, wurde uns umgehend geholfen, vielen Dank nochmal an Sabine und den Technikern! Pooltücher, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Bei einem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt wurde die Finca zwischendurch 1x gereinigt, die Betten bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Ab Oktober wären dickere Decken in den Schlafzimmern schön.

Die Neubaufinca liegt sehr ruhig in guter Lage. Der Pool, die Terrasse und der Garten sind TOP.
Ein zerfetzter Schirm für acht Liegen ist ein Scherz. Die Ameisen und sonstiges Getier im Erdgeschoss - Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei defekte Klimageräte sind bei diesem Preis nicht akzeptabel.
