Hosting five bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, two doubles with an en-suite shower, a ground-floor double and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room and two cloakrooms, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen, a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with a sofa bed. Outside there is sweeping sea views, a private driveway with parking for six cars and a garden with a spacious lawn, patio, furniture, wood store and a barbecue. Penmarth House is a spacious holiday home whilst you explore this part of Cornwall.
