The Orsa Minore Two-Room Apartment is located within the “Sea Sky” villa with a pool. Featuring a private outdoor area, it is the perfect choice for families with children.
INSIDE: It can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Furnished in authentic Mediterranean style, it’s the ideal place for those who want to spend their beach vacation without sacrificing the relaxation offered by the pool. The two-room apartment features a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower stall and laundry area.
The dining area is equipped with all the amenities: oven, kettle, and toaster.
OUTSIDE: The bright living-kitchen area opens onto the charming outdoor space, furnished with wooden furniture.
Guests at Casa Fenice can also enjoy the charming pool nestled among the traditional stone walls of the Modica countryside.
VILLA SEA SKY
Villa Sea Sky consists of 5 residential units. It is located at Viale Orsa Maggiore No. 25, in the new residential area of Pozzallo; it is 100 meters from the sea (first beach access point) and the beach is reached via an underpass.
The elegant villa, with its characteristic Mediterranean colors, offers its guests a refined and exclusive setting for an unforgettable wellness-focused vacation.
Nestled among the dry-stone walls of the Modica countryside is the relaxation area, featuring a sun deck with a pool.
