The three-room "Fenice" apartment is located within the "Sea Sky" villa with a pool.
The private entrance leads to a charming outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, dining area, and barbecue corner, all exclusively for the apartment’s use.
INSIDE: It can accommodate 3 to 5 people. Furnished in perfect Mediterranean style, it is the ideal place for those who want to spend their beach vacation without sacrificing the relaxation offered by the pool. The three-room apartment features a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a master bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower stall and laundry area.
The dining area is equipped with all the amenities: microwave, kettle, and toaster.
OUTSIDE: The bright living-kitchen area opens onto a charming outdoor space furnished with wooden furniture. In addition to the furnished veranda, there is a 25m' patio framed by jasmine hedges and furnished with a gazebo, table, armchairs, a stone fountain, and a barbecue area.
THE SEA SKY VILLA
The Sea Sky Villa consists of 5 residential units. It is located at 25 Viale Orsa Maggiore, in Pozzallo’s new residential area; it is 100 meters from the sea (first beach access point) and the beach is reached via an underpass.
The elegant villa, with its characteristic Mediterranean colors, offers its guests a refined and exclusive setting for unforgettable wellness vacations.
Nestled among the dry-stone walls of the Modica countryside is the relaxation area, featuring a sun deck with a pool.
The individual apartments, designed specifically for summer stays, feature a private outdoor area equipped with a dining area and a relaxation corner. All rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi access.
THE BEACH
I Scivolo Beach, just a 2- to 3-minute walk from the property, is renowned for its ultra-fine sand and enchanting coastal forest. The western part of the beach is graced by the “Pietre Nere” cliff, while to the east, the “Pietra Spaccata” offers a natural spot for intimate moments of wellness (clay mud treatments).
The sea, awarded the Blue Flag, is characterized by shallow waters that slope gently for the first 20–30 meters from the shoreline, making it ideal for families with children. Thanks to these features, this beach is one of the few child-friendly Sicilian beach resorts to have also been awarded the Green Flag, synonymous with Safety, Comfort, and Health.
