Holiday home for 8 people with a shared swimming pool and walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. Casa Arco is located on the exclusive, private residential complex La Scogliera in Capo Vaticano, a few km from the beautiful Tropea. This spacious home has a shared swimming pool and is within walking distance of an idyllic sandy beach.



This semi-detached house is on two floors and accommodates up to 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 babies. On the ground floor one can find the spacious living room, open kitchen with dining table and chairs, and 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. One of these bedrooms has a bunk bed and is suitable for children.



The large covered terrace has a table with chairs and a barbecue and is a great place to relax. The swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other 6 holiday homes on the complex, is just a few metres away. There is a also a private path (400 steps) leading to the famous beach "Praia di Fuoco". This beautiful beach is only accessible via this private path which only the guests of the complex can use or by sea.

This property is an ideal holiday destination for a large family, a group of friends or couples who want a comfortable and peaceful place, enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool and also be close to a beach.
