Holiday home for 6 people with a shared swimming pool and a beautiful beach within walking distance.
Casa Basiluzzo is in Capo Vaticano, one of the most beautiful places on the Tyrrhenian coast, and is located in a small private residential complex. One of the most beautiful beaches in the area is within walking distance (10 minutes) and can be reached via a private path (400 steps). Tropea is far only a few minutes by car. The house was built in the summer of 2008, is very comfortable and welcoming and has wooden furniture.
The house has a spacious dining room with an open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has all modern amenities, such as a satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine (free shared use). In front of the house there is a large covered porch with a seating area, a table with wooden chairs and a built-in barbecue. It is an ideal place to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The swimming pool, shared with the other guests staying in the complex, is in front of Casa Basiluzzo.

Anmerken möchten wir ein paar Dinge die uns „negativ“ auffielen, die wir vor Ort auch angemerkt haben (und dort so glauben wir nicht wirklich interessieren) — alles andere war ja gut!
— Es regnet in der Küche zum Dach rein, bei starkem Regen als Rinnsal.
— Die Toilettenspülungen in beiden Bädern laufen dauerhaft.
— Wünschenswert wären Fliegenschutzgitter an den Fenstern oder zumindest über den Betten, das war vor allem für die Kinder eine Plage.
