About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the third floor of our private house located in central Tokyo, within a 7-minute walk from Kayabacho Station (Metro Hibiya and Tozai Lines) and Hacchobori Station (Metro and JR Lines). It’s just a 20-minute walk to JR Tokyo Station and the upscale Otemachi business district, or just two stops away by subway. The apartment features a loft that can be used as a multipurpose space or an additional sleeping area. It includes a small balcony and is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth-enabled audio system.
The property is conveniently located in a mixed-use business and residential area with a school and a children’s park, and is within walking distance of Ginza and Nihonbashi for a premium shopping experience. You can enjoy both the convenience of city life and quiet nights and weekends.
The nearest convenience store or supermarket is just a few minutes away, and the Sumida River terrace is about 5 minutes away, where you can enjoy walking or jogging along the riverfront toward either Asakusa or the Tsukiji area.
Please note that the property is available for long-term rent, with a minimum term of 30 days, in accordance with Japan’s “Land and House Lease” laws.

This is our 2nd time staying for a month at this beautiful, well-appointed apartment. It felt so nice to feel like we were coming back to our "Tokyo home." The location is great - close to multiple subway lines, walkable to many neighborhoods, and peaceful near the Sumida River. Yukari & Eiichi are wonderful hosts. We definitely recommend this property!

This is not the liveliest part of Tokyo but that suited my wife and I. Proximity to Tokyo Station meant easy access to everywhereElichi and Yukari were excellent, friendly hosts

This was our home base for a month during our 3 months in Japan. Yukari and Eichii were the best hosts anyone could ever hope for! The apartment was great - good Wifi (in case you plan to work during your stay), modern well appointed kitchen & laundry / bathroom, and everything you'd need for a clean, comfortable stay. The location is well connected to the Hibiya and Tozai subway lines, so really easy to access the rest of Tokyo and beyond, while still being in a neighborhood with a community feel. We look forward to staying again!!
