The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Parking in the complex is by permit only, and the property will come with 4 parking spaces for a max of 4 vehicles (1 assigned garage spot, 1 garage overflow spot available first come first serve, & 2 exterior spots). This place was perfect for our July 4 getaway. There was a bit of a snafu with the parking (no parking passes) but the mangt company fixed it - be sure you have a printout of all the info they send you, there isn't much info in the unit itself and we had a couple of calls in to figure out how to get into the garage (which we missed on the email). Condo is very nice, there were 5 of us, and it was large and comfortable, probably the best we've ever stayed in, and we stay in a lot for ski season. Only 1 small hot tub for the whole community, was fine for us with not a lot of people in the community this time of year, but seems like it would be a problem during ski season. location is great, right on the trail to town and a short walk to the base. only downside, which is small, is that in the summer, you need the windows open, but the highway is right behind you, can't see it really, but it can be loud. it was fine for us, but that may bother some folks. don't see that as a problem in the winter, as the windows are high end and blocked all the noise when shut. Really nothing negative, I don't know how anyone couldn't enjoy this condo, its very nice.
