The Space:
Ultimate Heights is a spacious and naturally light-filled home offering modern comfort, generous living spaces and spectacular views across Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown Bay and The Remarkables.
Entry is via the large double garage, providing convenient level access into the heart of the home. The main living level features an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with a butler's pantry and large picture windows that frame the stunning lake and mountain views. Sliding doors open onto a private courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities, creating the perfect space for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.
Positioned on the front lawn below, the private hot tub enjoys an elevated setting overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Queenstown.
The spacious master suite occupies the upper level of the home, offering a peaceful retreat complete with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and spectacular views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.
Bedroom 2 is located on the main living level alongside the separate guest toilet. Downstairs you'll find Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, along with the family bathroom featuring both a bathtub and separate shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 open directly onto the front lawn, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the lakefront outlook and easy access to the hot tub.
For year-round comfort, the home features a gas fireplace in the main living area, creating a warm and inviting space to relax while enjoying the spectacular lake and mountain views. The home also includes a heat pump in the main living area and an additional heat pump in Bedroom 5.

The property was excellent, plenty of room and plenty of stuff to cook with etc. views were amazing and well located for a couple minute drive to anything you need.

This is our second time come back to stay in this house, we love the beautiful 180degree view facing the lake & The Remarkable ! Lovely environment.
Kitchen facilities are great & plenty to use for a big group like us !
It will be great if body wash , shampoo & conditioner provided!

This property was amazing to say the least! Such an amazing view from the main lounge and dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to family and friends as a must book accommodation for a holiday in Queenstown.
