Relax in your lovely beach house!!!
A five minute stroll to Pallarenda beach which boasts amazing views of Magnetic Island and offering the ultimate chill factor or place to work remotely. Your holiday residence boasts an amazing location set among some of the most gorgeous homes in Townsville, but close enough to Townsville's Strand with its vast array of cafes and restaurants. This residence is a renovated queenslander with a large tropical pool area and lots of space. You will love the tropical feel and the quiteness Pallarenda offers while still being so close to everything you need. The residence features three generous bedrooms upstairs, a spacious living area opening onto large verandas but fully enclosed with luvres. You have a modern kitchen which is equipped with all your needs, plus a renovated bathroom including a bath you will definetly want to add bubbles to.
Downstairs is a fully self contained retreat with kitchenette and modern bathroom. This area has its own private entrance.
Pallarenda is approx 5 minute drive to the city centre of Townsville, The Strand and all major tourist attractions. Pallarenda beach is very private with plenty of space to walk, overlooking Townsville and Magnetic Island without the crowds.

The house and its location were great, and we had a fantastic stay there. The only major downside was that we were not communicated the correct passcode for the keylocker and arrived after business hours. It was stressful until we were able to contact someone who gave us the correct code. The second thing that could be easily improved is that there was not enough crockery (thought for 6 people while were 7 and the house is advertised for 8 persons). Otherwise, we have loved spending Christmas there and would gladly come back!

We had a fabulous time in this home, so much so we extended our stay. The home is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Bus service to town, or short drive to Townsville.Would definitely recommend for family of four

This is a very comfortable, breezy and pleasant property. A little cleaning needed of metal shutters and ceiling fans. Otherwise the place was spotless.
The pool and garden area is delightful. Even though it was winter we made good use of the pool.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely comfortable home. 4 adults and 2 children. 4 bedrooms all great sizes with one of the bedrooms being downstairs. Downstairs was like a small Granny flat which was ideal for us 2 adults. with the young family upstairs. Large private yard with a lovely pool and seating area near the pool. Laundry with washer and dryer. Pallarenda is Lovely quiet area with beach nearby. We had 5 very relaxing days.
