Close to Espelho Beach, Praia dos Amores, and Praia do Outeiro, the house is located within the gated community of Outeiro das Brisas, offering security, charm, and comfort. Everything is beautifully decorated: living room, kitchen, laundry area, 5 suites, all with air conditioning;

In the condominium: airstrip, golf course, polo field, clubhouse with oceanfront pool (right on the sand), 24-hour security, pizzeria, restaurants, and a mini-supermarket.
Facilities for sports such as volleyball, soccer, tennis, and cycling, and a beautiful park for children.
At Espelho Beach, there are several bars and restaurants, as well as boat trips for diving and horseback riding. We recommend a day trip on foot to the wonderful Caraiva Beach to enjoy the scenery and the pastries at Bar do Pará on the banks of the Caraiva River.
