The Space:

Your private casita on Main Street. This charming one-bedroom, one-bath casita is designed for two. Sink into the plush king bed with fresh linens and extra pillows and blankets, and sleep in thanks to room-darkening shades.



Start your morning with coffee from the kitchenette, which has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and wine glasses for a glass of local Hill Country wine. The dining table works as a laptop-friendly workspace. When you're back from exploring downtown, unwind with the TV, Wi-Fi or a board game.



The single-level casita has its own private entrance, free on-site parking, air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer are all provided.



Bring your pup! The Blanco is dog-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join the adventure.



Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $75 + tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-This unit will allow one pet that is 20 lbs or under.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

15. Please use only the trash cans labeled "411" during your stay — these are reserved just for our guests! The bins next door belong to a neighboring business, so we kindly ask that you steer clear of those. Please break down boxes and bag your trash before tossing it in.
