the experience was great the house was beautiful and very clean we had everything we needed except for some items like paper towel, dishwasher soap tin foil a few essentials. disappointed with Verbo

Very nice stay, quiet and comfortable. Minor suggestion for improvement is to add some information on the check-in and check-out instruction with basic instructions on front door lock and operation of the cooling system. The cooling system in the warmest days needs to stay on auto and a temperature set and the remote needs to be pointed at the unit at relatively short range. The HVAC outside unit needs to be cleaned on a frequency as it was very dirty and the repairman cleaned it and the unit worked %100 better. Also, the property manager should check the various remotes that they work - they downstairs bedroom fan remote did not work so it was difficult to turn off the fan - swapped a batter from another remote to use. Overall very good stay

Great Location, Cute Cabin, But Needs Better CareWe loved the proximity to the lake and found the cabin itself charming. The bedding was clean, towels were plentiful and soft, and the washer/dryer were a big plus. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also great quality.Unfortunately, several issues made our stay less comfortable. When we arrived, the cabin was extremely hot and had a strong musty smell—it clearly hadn’t been aired out. Unexpected Amazon packages were also left with no explanation.Cleanliness was a concern. Many kitchen items were dirty, including dishes in the cupboards. The kitchen had only one small light, and the stove burners wouldn’t stop clicking unless all were turned on. Most spices and pantry items were expired—some by over five years.The property is in noticeable disrepair: bugs (mostly dead) were in windows and sills, the kayaks were dirty and hard to access, and the steep steps to the dock were unstable—as was the dock itself.Upstairs, the bedroom had no air circulation, and the loft had no dressers or storage. The upstairs bathroom faucet was broken, and the shower floor was dangerously slippery with no mat.This cabin has real potential with its location and charm, but it needs more consistent maintenance and better preparation for guests.
