We had a great stay at Lumos house. Host communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. Laundry room is in the first floor bathroom which is great for towels. We didn’t make use of the kayak, SUP or lily pad because we were on the lake for a family reunion and heading to another spot on the lake for those events. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and looking at the beautiful lake. Living room is very comfortable and we had no problems with wifi or the tv. There is a small play area outside the upstairs bedrooms with toys which was great for the baby in our group! Bedrooms are small, but fine for our group. Bathrooms and kitchen are dated and some parts of the house could use an extra deep clean, but all in working order and we had everything we needed!

Wonderful accommodations, the property was as advertised and was spacious and comfortable. The lake is always great as well- nothing but positive things to say!

We enjoy the house and property. Boating, SUP, Kayaks and swimming. House was clean and had a nice open setting in the family room. Kitchen worked just fine. 2nd floor shower is super small but it worked. We liked having the washer and dryer and 1st floor bedroom for my parents.
